- All orders are shipped FedEX ground and will be shipped same day providing that your order is placed by 4:30 pm Central Time. See map below for your estimated delivery time.

- Please expect 1 to 5 day delivery period, depending on the destination of your order.

- If you choose to have your order delivered to a P.O. Box, please contact us by email or call us to obtain the charges for this USPS option.

- If you have any SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS that need to be met please email them with your order.

- Return Policy
All sales are FINAL on N2o Whip Cream Chargers, Whip Cream Dispensers, Co2 Soda Chargers, Soda Siphons & French Presses. We only accept returns on defective merchandise and then only with prior approval from Customer Service. NO returns will be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service department.
If the item(s) you ordered are defective in any way, save all packaging and receipts and contact Customer Service, with a full description of the problem, at sales@whipeez.com or call (800) 280-5245 to receive further instructions.
There is a 5 day return policy on Designer Coffee Mugs & Mug Sets. You must first contact our customer service department for the return authorization. We must receive product back in original packaging and in new unused condition. You will then receive a full refund for the price of the product, shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return product back to us.
Buyer will be responsible for all actual shipping costs. Shipping costs may exceed the amount of shipping charges originally charged on your order. For an example, if you were given "Free Shipping" on your order and decide to return this order, you will be charged the actual shipping fees.
